Where do I start? First it was insanely crowded and a cup of coffee took forever. I wanted a 12oz Americano with 3 shots. 12oz wasn’t listed on the menu so I got the smallest one on the menu. Maybe a 16oz? It was $ 3 something on the menu and when I went to pay they told me the price was $ 5. I double checked……
