This is the hidden gem in the closing mall. Rumor has it that they’re the only people that know how to make real cornbread. Said rumors, are true. Please do yourself a favor and get on the escalator from Dillard’s and get up there. The soulfood game is real. Also, the collard greens are righteous.

I hate giving less than stellar reviews for small businesses. The customer service here was decent, and the food was ok. Wish they had more BBQ sauce options and more flavor in the food. I love dives and hope this place improves. The food just needs more flavor to it… they are competing with a lot of BBQ joints…
