Ken’s Pharmacy

I’ve been getting my prescriptions here for roughly 3 years. At 5 prescriptions a month, I’m here a lot. The pharmacy staff is amazing. Always go above and beyond. I always use the drive thru which is a great feature.

Smaller than most Rite Aids. The parking lot can be a little tricky getting in and out of. Employees are always pleasant at this location.

At the end of August my debit card was double charged. They know about this error and still haven’t fixed it. I left the proof from my bank and my information at the customer service desk with the cashier there since the manager was not available and was told that I would get a call from her. Its been quite an experience since the Elliot told me I have to use this pharmacy. There has not been one time in about 2 years that either the service was very slow, the help was not as nice as it could be the staff is not responsive. God forbid if they go out of there way to contact an elliot doctor…
