I would like to see a change from the management on how they run the place. This place has a bum problem that rivals union square. They allow pan handling and these bums literally approach u in the line and ask for money. Never had a problem with the staff they put up with a lot of crap from nasty customers day…
The worst. Manager doesn’t care. Most employees aren’t trained. They work there for weeks and still can’t ring up 2 coffees. I hate that I continually go here because it’s convenient. I definitely do not recommend it.

Ordered a coffee and asked to use their bathroom, when I entered I was literally shocked, I’ve never seen so dirty bathrooms in any coffee shops? bars etc.
