I usually do my shopping at this Wegmans. The stockers, and cashiers are all willing to help. I know where everything is, well usually. Since they changed the James St store around, I still have trouble finding things. At least it’s smaller than Fayetteville and itdoesn’t take all day to find your way around.

For the prices this is a gem! Homemade food all around. I have been searching Syracuse for homemade meatballs for a month. Today I found them here at this gas station food counter. Perfect and delicious meatball sub. I really think that little old Eastern European woman behind the counter knows her stuff!!!

This store is an absolute disaster. They don’t have nearly enough staff and if you plan to buy anything from the electronics section expect to spend at least half an hour trying to find someone to go in back and pull the item for you, then bring it up front and remove all the security tags.

You can call and be put on hold for and hour and the Person at the Corporate office has less knowledge then the Associate at the Store that transfered your call to them!
