Kiki’s boot camp class is amazing. It’s outdoors, community-oriented, and incredibly physically engaging. Kiki works on strength, agility, whole-body conditioning, cardio, coordination and balance, all without becoming rote or predictable. He’s very sweet, yet encouraging and makes the class strenuous.
