The Go For It Kickboxing Program was designed by Martial Arts School Owners with the goal of providing a functional, effective and invigorating workout.
The class is taught by high-energy, polite, easy to get along with certified trainers who began their training right here.

Our Go For It KickBoxing workout will burn more calories than any other aerobic activity; over 800 calories per session. These classes focus on fat loss, muscle toning, increased endurance, strength, rebuilding confidence and ABSolute satisfaction.

He is the owner and Lead Personal Trainer at Jackson Heights Go For It KickBoxing.
With near 30 years experience he believes that anyone can succeed in any of his programs while having a lot of fun doing so. Members will achieve many different skills and techniques and will feel a sense of accomplishment.
He is committed to providing the highest quality training available. He guarantees you that you will be treated with common courtesy and recognition.
His facility specializes Fitness Kickboxing for Adults and obese Teens. He provides a non-intimidating, safe and clean environment which allows individuals to fully get the most out of his program.
His programs are balanced and offer members the ability to learn technique, strength, confidence, and self-defense.
