If I could give negative 5 stars I would! First they lead us in saying $ 60 an hour including drinks knowing that our group are tourists!!! Then after 2 hours they charge $ 450 !!! Wth? I never ever ever complain no matter how bad customer service is. But this review isn’t about customer service. This is fraud…

Mott Karaoke Lounge

The service was terrible. They forgot one order and undercooked an order not once but twice. Other dishes came cold. The place was super loud. I don’t recommend this place at all.
