Timely but not very receptive. Found that we had to constantly follow up with them. They are also very expensive (replacing our air/heat units). We decided to go with another company that was less expensive and friendlier.

Can’t say I am happy with this outfit one bit. We had them out to give us an estimate for a furnace repair for a real estate transaction. He promised an estimate the next day.Two weeks and 4 phone calls later, no estimate. They are «too busy.» Way to make the customer feel important.I called again today…
