Horrible customer service. The ponytailed guy at the front desk constantly is talking or on his phone. He doesn’t say hello when you walk in, bye when you leave let alone acknowledge you. Business is literally an old store front. Came on a week guest pass and will not be back. That’s why other gyms cost more…
