The cornmeal crust was very gummy, as though it hadn’t been baked long enough. It took a very long time to get our orders, and being in the company of squirrely kids, that’s a major detraction. Like a lot of other organic/vegan/gluten free pizzas, they look absolutely delish… and one or two aspects of the pie…
