The original eye exam was flawed. They kept adjusting the glasses so I finally asked for another exam. They changed the prescription and told me my right eye got worse and I’d have pay for a new lens replacement. After complaining, a new exam revealed an adjusted prescription at no charge and replacement lens.

They’ve sent me contacts with the wrong prescription, screwed up billing my medical insurance, and their hours are so crazy that I always seem to call when they’re closed.
