This place is awful. They’re incompetent and not helpful. They’ve sent me contacts with the wrong prescription, screwed up billing my medical insurance, and their hours are so crazy that I always seem to call when they’re closed. I’ve been with them for nearly 2 years and I’m trying to switch out! See my review at their other location in NE Portland. BTW I’ve followed the doctor’s orders but I still have a severe dry-​eye issue.
