Escaped with the family and stayed at a house by the lake travis shore! I highly recommend renting one for a weekend get away. We also got a pontoon for a couple of hrs and explored the whole lake

It’s a great trail to run. It’s got to be the most run trail in Texas, almost too many people on the weekend, but scenic as ever. You trot by Zilker Park, Barton Creek, City Hall, Auditorium Shores, and all the time Town Lake is there. And I’m there too-3x week.

Town Lake Running Trail - The Rock

Awesome place, we used to swim and cliff jump in the 90s during summer before it was bought out. (we still had to jump a fence which made it all that much more fun). I am sad to see it has been turned into a pay to play site.

The bikes are pretty fun the the service is exceptionally poor. He was unfriendly and obviously only cared about making money and getting rid of us as fast as possible than to provide a good experience.He gave confusing instructions, telling us to come in one at a time then yell at us for not moving in…
