Love this truck. Sofy is a doll and makes almost everything by hand. I thought it was a notch above corkscrew but right below killens. My issue was the sides mac and cheese and pinto beans weren’t great but decent and they put a lot of black pepper in the ribs and brisket. It was very tender and flavorful and the sausage was really good. Overall would go back they are pricey but…
