Terrible customer service. Just awful. Beyond that, the machines and weights available are minimal. Not worth the ridiculously high startup fee and monthly fees.

Front desk staff and phone staff are uppity to say the least. Fitness center=dingy. Locker rooms=disgusting. I never wanted to be inside this building, in the depressing basement no less, to work out, the thought was just never appealing to me. Everything about this place is run-down.
