Terrible customer service. Just awful. Beyond that, the machines and weights available are minimal. Not worth the ridiculously high startup fee and monthly fees.

I was looking for a place to workout while on vacation. This place was great. Not too big, not too small. Very clean, nice staff. $ 25 for the week. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Ah, so here we go again. I think this is the 3rd snap fitness i’ve encountered and reviewed. This rating is more a reflection of my experience than the equipment and the facility. So I ordered the 1 month trial for $ 9 on the website. You pay the«shipping and handling» cost of the key card that once activated will give you 24 hour access to the Snap Fitness facility. In terms of equipment: free weights up to 100, no barbell benches, one free olympic bar, standard weight machines, cable jungle, smith machine, a small bathroom. This place has the minimum which you can make do with. Not having dumbbells over 100, barbell benches, captains chairs, cable rows, etc. dont affect most people, its open 24 hours, and the joint membership isnt too bad. There is a one time initiation fee.

If you want a gym where you don’t have to wait in line for a cardio machine or deal with giant men grunting when you are trying to tone you arms — this is your gym! The equipment is new and the staff is really friendly. The 24⁄7 key card access is really nice too. I would have given it 5 stars except there is a place for you to change but no locker room so you don’t want to bring in a valuables. The owners are adding a cardio studio too but pricing hasn’t been set yet so I hope my pricing doesn’t go up!
