My first time shopping at LensCrafters and I was very happy! I was brought into my exam promptly. The technician and the doctor were both very nice (and SUPER funny!), and the associate who helped me pick out my frames was helpful and patient with how picky I was. I will go back for sure!

Horrible experience. Had to send the glasses back twice and still couldn’t see out of them. Also cant see distance with the contacts. Can’t get my money back… over $ 500 bucks. And on top of that… they screwed up my vision plan and now I can’t get replacements from somewhere else. I also can’t get any help from…

The clinic makes its own copays. When I told them my copay was $ 10 they proceeded to explain that the $ 25 was for a processing fee. Whoever heard of a processing fee to Bill insurance?

I will never recommend anyone to America’s Best ever again. These people are a joke. They make you go through an extensive process to get your prescription from them.
