This place is the worst. The only way it could be improved is if it were bulldozed and lit on fire. It appears to have had no renovations or maintenance since the 1950s. Mildew/cigarette smell, nasty yellow bed, stained carpeting… if you are looking to save $ in Duluth, isn’t going to happen. Go somewhere…
