Worst McDonalds ever. Where do I start? When you go through the drive-thru the lady always calls you«hunny». Really? What if I started calling their staff«hunny»? Would they appreciate that… I doubt it. When you order a McDouble«like a Mac» they make it poorly and charge you over $ 2 extra. So let me get this right… to just add shredded lettuce and Mac Sauce, and not put on ketchup or mustard, you are charging me over double the cost?! – what a greedy owner. Other McDs restaurants only charge you an extra 20 – 30 cents for«like a Mac». This place is pathetic, and the owner should be ashamed of themself for ripping off customers! Tables are usually dirty with garbage on them. The staff rarely cleans them. The TVs never work and usually have some error code on them – useless. If you need your McDs fix, go to the Upper James/Rymal location where they treat their customers with respect and keep a clean place. Stay away from this one!

So my son like McDonalds, and I frequent a lot of them. The reason for my many reviews. Lol It was refreshing to see employees wiping down tables and cleaning the floor. It was busy. The girl who took my order… not so much. screwed up a few things(like giving me a cup for a coke with a happy meal and not the chocolate milk I ordered). Easily corrected though. She also gave me grilled chicken in my wrap instead of crispy. Her option was healthier for me anyways. If we are back in the area, and my son is being good — we will be back. By the way McDonald’s — you’re my coffee choice. Much better than the roll up the rim chain. Buy 7 coffees get one free? Awesome deal.
