McDonald’s

This McDonald’s has a huge seating area (in the back, pass the pop machine). Fast cheap as always. Pretty good for budget traveller.

LOTS N LOTS of seating.
Quick and friendly service.
Wheelchair accessible washrooms r on the first floor. The rest of the bathrooms are downstairs.
Banff food is very expensive. You will need to take a break and purchase a cheap meal at some point. This is your place.

Like most mcdonald’s it’s super crowded during breakfast time and since this is a touristy area, don’t expect much seating. Even if there was, it was just waaay too stuffy inside for our liking so we took our food to the outside benches.
Although the staffs asked us for our names for the orders, they never called it when the entire order was ready so just be sure to watch your own order.
As well, the staffs don’t really have a sense to them. I ordered an oatmeal to go with everything on the side and he just handed me the cup with the other 3 bags that go with the oatmeal as well as the spoon. I had to ask him to put it in the bag for me…

Great fast food, free wifi and great coffee!

This is an efficiently ran McDonald’s. I’m sure they are used to the high influx of people in the morning and after the bars close so they are super quick at taking orders, giving change, and having your food ready.
The location is also exceptionally clean, even with the sometimes rowdy customers. As far as McDonald’s go, this one is probably the best I’ve ever been to!
The staff is pretty friendly and on the ball, and quick to clean up your tables after you leave. Great choice for a late night meal in Banff or breakfast!

This is the second McDonald’s that I have reviewed for this trip because here in the wilderness it’s a different kind of expereince. Breakfast can get so expensive in these little towns! For the few days we stayed in Banff, we were able to spend on average $ 18 for breakfast for three people! And we weren’t leaving hungry. I know it’s not the healthiest food, but I think they’ve made a good effort in providing decent options. There’s also free WiFi! And they’re open ²⁴⁄₇! Good, quick service and a nice dining area.

McDick’s it is was it is.
Great locations in the heart of the action. It was 2 mins walk from our hotel and next door to the two clubs in town that we hitted up!
Service was quick and efficient. Food came up quite speedy. It tasted like McDonald’s, but just the cheese wasn’t quite melted in my egg mcmuffin :(The next day we had some fries and they were fresh.
Overall, another place Ronald can be proud of!

After all the terrible, deep fried and over priced food in town, and I mean, no matter the five star restaurant or some bar food, it was all bad and different versions of bad, and lots of meat, like duck wings, rabbit, elk and bison, McDonalds sounds really appealing. At least you won’t feel sick after eating it.
In browsing for places to eat in Banff i noticed someone left a review for McDonalds. At first i thought it silly, but now I get it.
If you don’t want McDonalds, go to Coyotes. A healthier option and very reasonably priced.

This McDonald’s is nice and clean but the best part is that it is open late. You will find it packed with people after the clubs start closing up and I mean packed. The lines get pretty long but they keep it well staffed and keep things moving as fast as possible. They have plenty of seating so groups of friend’s can sit and eat together. It is also conveniently located right beside Aurora which is one of the more popular night clubs in Banff. Great late night meal.
