I don’t really like going to this restaurant unless I have to lol. I don’t like their pizza. I tried their bacon Mac n cheese it was disgusting didn’t even taste like Mac n cheese n it came with onions. came in a very small portion not worth the price. also have tried the delivery I think it was a burger n fries n it was not fresh at all the food was cold the fries were soggy I will not be ordering delivery from here again. my dad had their Thai chicken wrap & that was good ! their desserts are so good but on the pricier side. overall good service but need to step up their food to do their prices justice lol.

Let me begin with a note that this is the worse Boston Pizza ever. I would only come here when I’m starving and too lazy to make food. Today was one of those days. This time I ordered to go. I waited nearly 5 minute over the phone before someone was able to take my order. I ordered cactus cuts, double order of wings and a pasta. Thinking these are their best dishes they shouldn’t be able to mess up, however, they did. The cactus cuts were so hard it hurts biting into them and they forgot my garlic bread. I’ll point out that 4 out of 5 times I order from there, something is missing from my order. The only time that they would have everything correct is when I am actually eating there. Since this BP is a never ending disappointment. I will never order or go there again.

I must agree with other Unilocaler’s reviews. The service in this place is very slow. We came in at 2:15 pm and was able to complete our starting lineup platter and dessert at 4:00 pm We usually finish our meal in an hour so this is definitely slow for us. The food here is ok. I like the 3 types of dipping sauces that came with our platter. The holiday trio dessert was ok as well. You get to sample 3 different types of sweets such as the cheesecake, brownie and tiramisu. I must say the only reason I gave 3 stars is because of the friendly server. She was always smiling. She seems to enjoy what she’s doing. She would always check how we like our food and if we would like anything else from the menu. If you are very hungry or have limited time for a meal do not go to this place.

We go Tuesday for our individual pizzas and wine. Totally enjoy this location and eat in the lounge. We find the food delicious, ambiance great and this location very clean. **We have tried the dry ribs and they are great(on sale Fridays we were told) :

We met friends for Sunday dinner and the restaurant was about half full. The location has lots of parking and close to stores so convenient after an afternoon of shopping. Our server was really prompt with our drinks and taking our drink order. Our food also came out in decent time too. The taste of the food, well, it’s Boston Pizza, so it’s not amazing, but it’s not terrible either. It just is. I had a salad and requested dressing on the side, and had a skewer of shrimp. The shrimp was more like baby shrimp after grilling. It was a popular place for families and they have a decent kids’ menu and offer ice cream with worms for dessert. There’s also a magician and balloon animal maker that comes to each of the table on Sunday nights. This is a nice treat for the kids, and put a smile on the adults’ faces too. The temperature got cooler during our visit and towards the end, I felt like I needed a jacket. Maybe they make it cool to entice us to order hot drinks.

Im reviewing just the food I ordered that day. Everyone is I guess familiar with Boston Pizza so i’m skipping the basics. I tried their pizza burger. Do yourself a favor, don’t – just don’t. Spend your $ 10 on their wings or another good pizza. Pizzaburger sure was a pizza bread stuffed with a burger patty topped with lettuce and a pickle. Sadly it was bland and dry and wasn’t really thrilling at all. The dip did not help either. I also ordered their blackberry mojitos. It was like water with blackberries, mint leaves(without the minty taste) and a drop of alcohol. I have a low alcohol tolerance and I wasn’t even tipsy. 2 stars for the idea of a pizza burger. 0 star for the Mojito.

I really like this Boston Pizza location. The area is nice and it is never too crowded when I go. It is worth signing up for their emails because I get coupons for free appetizers from time to time. Combined with the Pasta Tuesday deal, this makes for a cheap dinner. I wouldn’t go any other day of the week though, because I think the normal pricing is a bit high. The restaurant is clean, the servers are polite, there is plenty of parking, and the food is good. What else can you ask of a restaurant? Just a heads up though, if you are paying with a Boston Pizza gift card, they do not let you tip with it, so make sure you have some cash.

I came here with friends ’cause I wanted nachos, however, my order was 25 minutes, a good portion of the chips were burnt and the waitress acted as though she had a chip on her shoulder. Really?

Worst Boston Pizza EVER. I didn’t think it was possible to have such a poorly managed CHAINRESTAURANT. There’s a reason this place is dead 99% of the time. Go to the subway across the way and save yourself the time and hassle. Never again. They need to be shut down.

I am a glutton for punishment. So I returned on a very tired week night because everything else was closed. Safe to say they are consistency disappointing! We arrived an hour and fifteen minutes before closing, and the hostess sat us and said you have to order in 10 minutes for last call! sheesh. friendly place! Crappy overpriced pasta and it was an absolute freezer in there. I was actually physically shivering. It was warmer outside, and it wasn’t a particularly warm evening! Despite it being dead the service was horrible. When we left we saw the waitress sitting in the bar area chatting with the bar tender, she yelled«THANKSANDCOMEAGAIN!» not likely. I’d rather eat mc-garbage!

Went there for lunch about a week ago and was shocked at the service. They seated us in the lounge area and not the dining room for some strange reason. After they gave us our menu, they said the usual«your server will be right with you». There was only one other table in this section with a couple sitting there. We waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. 25 minutes later, not one person came by to offer drinks or take orders. I had to walk over to actually ask someone to come and take our order. It’s like they put us there and forgot to tell the server. After that the service was just ok, not outstanding, just average. I even saw what looked like a manager type person poke her head into our section to take a look. She was useless too. The food was just average.

A-OK. If you go expecting consistent and good food, you won’t be disappointed. If you expect to be amazed or dazzled then you’ve come to the wrong place. I like the pastas, the pizzas are decent. If I’m in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver or Whistler, I always know that at Boston Pizza I’ll get the same quality and service. Some days that’s exactly what I’m looking for.

Went here this past Tuesday as it was close to where I was taking a class AND it was Pasta Tuesday. They honestly have a 3.5 star rating with me but that was mainly because our server was fantastic. It started off a little slow when we walked in but were seated quickly in the lounge area. Our server was very nice and easy to chat with. Anyway, my husband ordered his usual spaghetti and meatballs baked. He loves it because he can have half packed up right away as only half of it fits in their baking dishes. I don’t think I have EVER seen my husband send anything back but this was horrible. There was barely any sauce or cheese AND the pasta was past dry. Almost like it was microwaved or that was the feel of it. When we told the server she was so pleasant and agreed with us. She quickly had them do the order over again but unfortunately we were on a time crunch so he wasn’t able to eat it there. The had them have it packed to go and it was much better the second time around. What made the server experience was that she told my husband to eat the portion he already had if he wanted to. He ate the meatballs. So enough about the husband and his dish. I had the Spicy Italian Penne but traded the bolognese for the pomodoro. I will say it was fantastic. We will go back and hope that they don’t mess it up again. I have faith.

Went here cause of the TastyGo coupon and ordered a starter«green garden salad» and the«Arrabiata Five Cheese Ravioli topped with Lobster» off the Festive Favorites menu. And the starter salad was pretty large more than I expected. The Ravioli topped with Lobster was so good. Service was great. Would go back again.

I received an email for my bday for either a free pasta or free dessert. I hadn’t received an email before, so hubby and I went. I was craving lasagna. The food was really good — the homestyle is much better than the original lasagna. The garlic bread is yummy too. Our waitress was very helpful and came around quite often asking how things were and if there was anything we needed. Sundays are movie nights and there is a magician present who went to each table making balloon items and giving magic tricks. He is paid by Boston Pizza and politely asks if you want to participate or not. The food was good, the location is convenient(for me), lots of parking. The only thing is the bill took a long time… we will definitely be back.

This happened yesterday(the 23rd). I came here on my break(I work at Staples nearby) to meet a friend and her daughter for lunch. I had them come early to order(chicken penne, shouldn’t be too difficult to make quickly) for me so it would be ready when I got there. They even told the waitress that they needed it because I was short on time. My break came along so I went over and joined them at their table. Their drinks came and they ordered their food. Mine had been in the making for about 10 minutes at that point. We then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes… no food. I had only ten minutes left of my break. Then food came, and it was obvious that mine had been sitting there for a while as it was cold and the sauce was congealing. I ate one noodle and gave my friend one, and we agreed that it was to be sent back. Luckily, there was an order for chicken penne for another customer, so I got my second order pretty quickly(I felt a bit bad for making someone else wait) in a to-go box, as I had requested. I had time to eat my garlic bread before I had to run out of there to get back to work. On my second break, I got to eat the food. It was mediocre and the chicken was dry. Maybe because I had to reheat it? Miscommunication, I suppose… though you’d think that around lunchtime in a business area, this request shouldn’t be too uncommon. Summary: My order was kept on the counter for 20 mins when it should have gone straight to the table, so they had to remake it. Food was meh.
