Pretty lucky to be golfing on a sunny day in October. I was impressed by the changes of elevations that make this course challenging. Also some holes are 110 yards, which is pretty long for pitch and putt. Lots of longer holes 90 and 85 yards, which I like. Greens are ok. Drainage is ok, some muddy areas. Signature hole is the 16th, the tee is protected by a fence and there is a «water hazard» creek you have to hit over. Prices are pretty good, at 12 dollars for 18 holes. Go with 1.5 hours and pay only 8 bucks. You can golf more than 18 holes at that time as the shop closes and you can keep going round. I was really surprised by the difficulty and good spacing of the holes. I didn’t hit onto another hole once and lost no balls… had a lucky day: D

Hi Alex, I’ll take Public Golf Courses. For $ 800. Located in North Burnaby, this full 18 hole course is both charming and challenging. «What is Kensington Pitch and Putt.» The price is reasonable full adult rate is over $ 10. At the club house there are bathrooms and a few vending machines. Walk over to the first tee box and hope the line up of waiting golfers doesn’t throw you off. This course has elevation, trees, a creek or two to cross all bordered by picturesque mountain vistas and skyline views. @@@@ CAREFUL @@@@ Your breathe may be taken. Don’t worry. You’ll be fine. Shortest hole 55 yards. Two of them one up hill the other down hill. The Fourth hole is the later. My advice is look for the hump in front of the left side of the green. It allows for an easy lay down to the green. Over shoot or top is and your down a 30 foot hill. Longest 110 yards. Again two back to back. Hole 9 and 10. Funny thing happened on the 9th tee box back in 1993. I really leaned into one, the tee was a bit high, I’m left handed. The ball flies off the toe of my club up and over the trees into the 8th greens cup! «Mulligan» The marques hole must be either 12 or 16 both 90 yards. The 12th hole is your last uphill shot. 90 yarder plays a little longer. You will shot to a tiered green. Depending on the pin placement play below the hole. As a errant putt could have you bring out the wedge again. The 16th hole is the only official over water hole. Now the creek is only about a foot or two at its widest and and about 10 inches deep. It is in a ditch and has been to focal point of many horrible shots, bets, incredible shots and utter dismay. There is a large rock nearly half way to the hole, I have blasted a line drive off it and the ball ricocheted into the middle of the course. «Mulligan» To end this review the hole I find the most challenging and difficult. Dirty No 11. After a nice little walk from the 10th green you’ll see a bench and a fence. I have hit this fence many times. «#@%$ YOU» OKOK. So a short 60 yards to a uphill green. Pin placement can kill you. There are areas of the green were your ball will roll off the green, and down the funneling hill. Entire fortunes have traded hands on this one hole alone. The course is nice many private times as you walk, quench your thirst and have a smoke. Please don’t harm the course. \\\SW///King J I have 37 score cards for this course from 1991 – 2013.
