This location is somewhat disorganized.
This Telus store needs a uplift of service. All I ask for is that when I enter your establishment is just an acknowledgment. Your lucky if you ever get that here.
The place is never packed when I come here yet it seems as if the employees are only interested in talking to themselves or whoever is on the other end if there phone, but when you do get lucky where the stars align and someone finally decides to help you they act like your interrupting them from meeting Rihanna.
There are far better Telus stores in the city and I would recommend to avoid this one unless you have no other option.
