Specialties

The Auburn Specializes in Bistro and comfort food!

History

Established in 1993.

In the heart of Calgary’s cultural district, steps from theatres, galleries, museums and a short block from the Olympic Plaza, there’s a unique place to meet before or after an event… or to create an event of your own.

Nestled in Palliser Square at the base of the Calgary tower you’ll find the Auburn.

The Auburn’s a unique, inviting place catering to a wide variety of patrons. It’s not a pub or club, it’s neither trendy bistro nor traditional diner… The Auburn is a one of a kind experience.

You’ll find a satisfying but affordable workday lunch, a pre-show dinner or après-concert cocktai.

Since 1993, the Auburn has been the social centre for actors, musicians, designers, writers, dancers and artists who make their home in Calgary… as well as for those visiting from across the country and around the world.

It’s where emerging artists mingle with mature professionals; where you might find an award-winning playwright chat
