Went to see Cathy on a few recommendations from the girls at work, and I’m SO glad I did.
Before touching my hair, I was asked all sorts of questions about my hair care routine and such. Cathy makes sure you are not only getting a great cut, but that it’s something that is manageable for you to take care of day to day.
Her price is great, there is lots of parking or It’s a 5 minute walk from Shawnessy train station.

I’ve been to Bamboo a few times and have always seen Heather. The salon is welcoming and everyone is friendly. Heather is the best stylist I’ve had in a long time!

I ended up getting a last minute appointment here and was really impressed from the moment they picked up the phone it was great service.
When I called I was made to feel welcome and told that they would check and try to accommodate my last minute need for a haircut. A second later she asked if I lived close by (yes) and said there was an immediate vacancy.
I drove down and had a great hair cut, the stylist did a great job. Very nice interior, I had a tea and felt very welcome. Good value as well, I paid $ 35 for a mens cut.
