We specialize in outfitting travelers and anglers for Saltwater destination trips, steelhead trips and other excursions.
We are the only centrally located fly shop carrying Simms products, Winston Fly rods, Galvan fly reels and Abel fishing products. Come in and check out our great selection of clothing and exceptional customer service.
We also specialize in Corporate Board room classes, offer fly fishing classes for the Beginner, Intermediate anglers and tyers.
We are conveniently located right beside Map Town, a large store specializing in maps and GPS units to help assist with locating that special fishing location.
History
Established in 1995.
We originally started up out of the Down Town core of Calgary up in the NW. We decided that there was a need for a quality Fly fishing orientated shop in the Down Town core.
Meet the Manager
Christopher M.
Manager
Christopher started his fly fishing passion at the age of 18 fishing the small Brown Trout streams located North of Calgary.
When he was in University, he started to guide clients on the Bow River, eventually his guiding expanded to offer the Crowsnest River, Oldman River and many other of his smaller more isolated streams.
He is a House of Hardy endorsed Casting Instructor and Guide and loves to share his passion with the sport. Christopher believes that Customer service is the key to developing the relationship with his clients.
