I have been here twice and also dealt with the pharmacy at the site. I was perfectly happy with the doctor and the wait time. I made sure to come first thing on a Saturday morning because as all clinics get busy during the day I didn’t want to wait for too long. Too bad other folks have had a bad experience. I imagine this is a busy site as there aren’t a lot of clinics in this area. The receptionist I’ve also always been really helpful to me giving me advice on what the doctor can and cannot do.

I’m really surprised this clinic has negative reviews. I’ve only ever had wonderful care here and I think I’ve been seen by all three doctors. They gave wonderful care to my step-daughter as well when I brought her in right before closing with a 40 degree fever. Despite having to stay late to see us, the doctor didn’t rush us and was calm and pleasant the whole time. The doctors at this clinic also try to avoid prescribing antibiotics unless absolutely necessary which is incredibly responsible. Don’t expect to take your kid in with a 3-day cough and walk out with antibiotics. They might suggest different cough syrups or maybe an inhaler but they do really try to avoid unnecessary antibiotics which I think is great.

Walked in lady said the wait would be really long and to book an appointment, so I did. Came back at my appointment time 11 am following morning and waited for 45 minutes, there was only 3 other people in the waiting room… Finally I was brought to the examination room where I was left for another 20 minutes at which point I had to leave to make another appointment. I explained this to the receptionist and said I’ve been waiting for an hour to which she replied“oh. I don’t know why she’s so slow today” I’m newly pregnant but got zero assistance from this place. Very disappointing to still not have a decent clinic in the area they should be ashamed

Yes… very long wait times. However, on top of that when I did see doctor Jansen Van Rensberg I was greeted with amazing insensitivity and what I would describe as arrogance. This was after I opened up with some highly personal medical issues. Basically the response was: «what do you want me to do?» (in a tone that was clearly impervious). I was in tears after and never again will I step foot in there. Unsympathetic… I have never had such insensitivity in such a vulnerable position from a medical professional.
