Chateau Country Lace

This is one of the most feminine boutiques I’ve ever seen in my life. Upon walking in, I felt like I was in some sort of fairytale. Sections of the store’s décor reminds me of an enchanted forest. I think it’s just beautiful and there’s so much going on that you could wander for ages. I do agree with Zoe L. in that it may seem disorganized to some, but it makes for a good shopping adventure if you have the time.
Unless you come across a good sale, you likely won’t find anything considered inexpensive. However, you are compensating local and global artisans that produce attractive and unique items.
I had limited time during my first visit and will need to return so I can thoroughly peruse the store.
April Challenge: The Underdog ²²⁄₃₀

I stumbled upon this boutique one day after I had lunch across the street, it looked interesting, so I thought I would check it out.
This place carries a variety of items, clothing, décor, jewellery, toys, bath & body items. The place is a array of stuff, things didn’t seem too organized. I browsed the display cases of jewellery, there were some nice pieces, the nicer ones were around $ 90. There were some stone necklaces, for $ 50. They had a selection of Rocky Mountain Soap company products, and other brands too. This place has some very cute journals, handmade cards and other gift items. They even have some fountains! There are quite a few frames and mirrors around. The clothing was very expensive, nothing I looked at was under $ 120. They had some beautiful scarves and belts, all around $ 90 regular price. They had a cute corner of kids things, some knitted toques, some really unique stuffed animals. I loved the amazing selection of glass chandeliers they had, some were $ 50 at 50% off! If I had some money to blow, I could have easily done it here!
This place was full of items that screamed romance, charm and antiquity. Think Paris. This is a unique place to check out, its great if you are shopping for a gift for someone who falls into any of those categories! Expect to spend big bucks, unless you can grab a good discount on something!
