Gottlieb & Tillier Law Office

The service we experienced with this firm was deplorable. I’ve received better customer service at Walmart. Ms. Tillier’s assistant was too busy to return calls even though they agreed to open our file. It took four phone calls in 3 days before she called us back. We were 6 days from our possession date by the time she booked us an appointment. When we arrived, it was apparent the office had lost our file and it took them ½ an hour to find it. We were quoted one price over the phone, then charged a different one in person. The icing on the cake was when when we were 24 hours from possession and they were still missing a document to close. I had to have my real estate agent hunt it down from the seller. Ms. Tiller herself seems competent but I have nothing good to say about her back office staff or how she runs her firm.
