Compare to other LHR services in the city this a worst one, seems like professional level of technician is not very good. She spent about 10 min only to finish my bikini, no effect at all. Usually it takes about an hour if you do it properly. Rooms are tiny and basically no space to put your clothing, everything in a room you can reach with hands so small are they and trash bins full of used paper towels from previous clines. This is Bonavista location. Never go back or recommend

Simply put, Angela (Airdrie location) is amazing! I was a complete skeptic (not to mention scared) about this whole laser hair removal thing, until a co-​worker recommended that I RUN to see Angela.
Long story short, the results are amazing, and the pain is non-​existent, as Angela is always so gentle with me. The price is also very reasonable, which helps when you’re hairy and on a STRICT budget!
You can tell that Angela really cares about her clients and what she does, as is evidenced by her follow ups both after my sessions, as well as right before any following sessions.
I live in Downtown Calgary, but it’s WORTH the drive to Airdrie!

Went 4 times to the 17th ave location on a Groupon voucher — the experience was okay (professional, informative, helpful and friendly staff) but the results weren’t there. One time, I came for my appointment and the girl got it mixed up with someone else (double booked us) and I would have been turned away after waiting patiently 30 minutes had the other appointment not graciously allowed me to go that day and reschedule hers. I won’t go back — overall it was a waste of time.

I bought a Dealfind voucher for laser sessions at this place. I have only been to my first session so far, but I was impressed.
It is located in the Lake Bonavista mall, which is a bit inconvenient, but not a big deal. My session was with Marilyn who was patient and very friendly. She conversed with me during the treatment and in general made me feel very comfortable.
It is a bit of a drive for someone who is not in the south, but they do have one branch on 17th ave SW, and one in Airdrie.
