History
Established in 1996.
The Hose & Hound has been a local favorite in Inglewood for over 20 years, but there have been strange happenings there dating back to when the building was Calgary’s Firehall #3. Built in 1907, the firehall was home to some of Chief Cappy Smart’s collection of exotic animals. Barney the monkey is said to still haunt the building. The owner, Chuck Rose, loves to tell the ghost stories to anyone who is interested.
