Absolutely love this place! They have such a beautiful studio for both pilates and yoga. The combination of coffee + yoga + pilates + open roof is amazing.
Took on their explorer pass for 2 weeks and have had the best experience by far in Calgary. The staff is always welcoming and friendly (they’ll even remember your name)!
The instructors are patient, friendly, and knowledgable. Classes here are always a great time and definitely work up a good sweat.

Most beautiful yoga/​pilates studio I have ever been in. So much care and love was put into this place.
I’ve enjoyed every class I have been to and the staff at the front are always very friendly. This is such a great place.
I’ve had coffee here also as there is a coffee bar. Nice place to stop for a moment and just breathe.
