We offer our clients the opportunity to meet with a Wholistic Therapist initially to discuss health goals. Once we get to know what matters to you we customize a treatment plan. With our convenient location you can choose from a variety of different treatments including massage, acupuncture, detox services and much more. Our clinics offer over 30 of Calgary’s best practitioners, committed to wholistic living.

History

Established in 2004.

Prema started off as an effort to bring wholistic health to the people of Calgary in one space offering the cities most talented practitioners, to ultimately Transform health care. We have evolved from Prema Sai Wholistic Living to Prema Heath, where we have become the leader and largest wholistic health centre in Western Canada. We are striving to become the resource for the profession and clients and have a major impact on people lives and health.

Meet the Business Owner

Mike H.

Business Owner

Mike has been the general manager for Prema Sai Wholistic Living for the past 5 years. Along with being a lead instructor at Mount Royal University for their massage Therapy Program he has also been involved with some of the countries leading colleges for Massage Therapy (CCMH and ICT Schools). Mike brings a vast knowledge base from International spas and clinics to developing continuing education courses. Mike’s goals are to bring the Elevation of healthcare message to Calgary and eventually across Canada.
