I have used this business several times. The couple who run it are from Tanzania. They are simple hard working unpretentious people who do excellent work and charge a very reasonable price. There is nothing glamorous about their establishment tho they have some pretty sparkly purses for sale in a display case. They also sell a velvet like cheaper imitation of a Pendleton blanket in many designs. It is the repair work by hand quite often of the wife that really blows me away. She must have been a tailor in another life. It is so worth it to support people like this who escaped great financial hardship in their own country to be here. They are somewhat hidden away in the Co-op strip mall on 17th Ave. SE also known as «International Ave.» however they bring the wonderfulness of «international» talent to our fair city and I hope you seek them out!
