I would have rated these guys no stars if there was an option to do so. Had made an appointment 2 days ago, arrived for my appointment on time. There was a handful of patients in and out while I waited sure enough after 1 hr and 15mins after my appointment Dr. tam was ready to do my eye exam he said it would take approx 20min for the exam. I told him I need to leave I had arranged a sitter to stay later to watch my young child he was unapologetic and basically just said okay. If you don’t mind spending 1.5 hour there an hour worth of waiting for a routine 20min exam then this is the place to be. However if you value and respect your own time go else where cause these guys have no respect for the time of others.
