Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Went in and was the only customer in the restaurant. The clerk explained the menu and I chose the steak burrito. I asked for a small amount of rice and the clerk gladly obliged me. Had to repeat myself when choosing my toppings, but other than that the whole process was simple. Got home to eat my burrito it had a very waxy taste to it. I assume from the wax wrap around the burrito when they toasted it. Kind of ruined my first experience, but overall the filling is quite hearty and tasty.

I’ve been back here several times and although I do enjoy it, there are a few things that I would change. I find the meat selection to be decent enough but the chicken seems under seasoned for my taste. The salsas are actually quite good but I wish I could get a little more when getting it with combo w/​chips. Aside from that, they keep me coming back. Much better then Mucho Burrito IMO.

Do you love Mexican food but not always have time to go to a sit down restaurant? (You can definitely sit at Quesada and eat though if you do have the time!)
Are you looking for something quick that is super delicious, healthy, affordable and slightly addictive? Look no further than Quesada, in particular the one on 8^th street and 5^th Ave.
I generally have the Vegetarian Burrito which is only 6.50 and it’s delicious you can get so much on it. You can have a whole wheat or white wrap, Brown Rice or white rice, Black or Brown Beans, Mild Medium or Hot Sauce, Dressing (The cilantro lime is my favourite but they have a variety), then you can put corn, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, cilantro, pickled onions,) and you can add really good quality guacamole for only 75 cents (to the burrito, for the tacos it’s only 30 cents per taco). At the price of Avocados, this is a really good price for guacamole! Then they wrap it somehow that makes it easy to eat without being a mess so it’s easy to eat anywhere you need to go.
I’ve also had the Fish Tacos which were delicious! The owners are really nice and the director, Jay is a genuinely nice person. He told me the Fish Tacos were what drew him to Quesada as a customer and one of the reasons he believed in starting up his own location (they are that good). Everyone who works there is so nice and genuine and I always feel happy eating the food they make! Try it out, they have Christmas specials on this season.

I had the Spicy chicken burrito. It was good and worth the money. I would be careful though when ordering. If you say you want all vegetables, watch the guy making it because he will add guacamole on it and not tell you it’s an extra charge of .75 cents.
When you go to pay for it, the cashier already guesses that there is guacamole on it.
Everyone in line was having guac but I never heard anyone ask for it.

Had the Fish Burrito Bowl, and I was pretty pumped about it! Huge slice of fish, and lots of fresh ingredients! I went during the lunch rush, so it was a bit of a line up, but worth it! Prices are ok for the serving size. I will definitely return.
(my coworker got the 3 taco deal and was not as pumped as i was — i looked at his when we got back to the office and they were some pretty sad tacos — very empty! I’ll probably stick to the burrito bowl!)

Had the spicy chicken burrito best burrito I have had the size was great ingredients fresh staff friendly and welcoming. For a healthy meal very much recommended.
