Rotary Manor

If you need to live near downtown, this is a great apartment building. The south facing 2 bedroom apartments on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor are the best, as they are around 1,000 square feet with spacious rooms, have wood burning fireplaces and a decent view. I lived in both a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment here and truly had no complaints. The management was good, the building was very quiet, anytime I had an issue it was addressed promptly, and I really appreciated having a parking spot that was covered (not all of them are) as well as a walk-​in closet in the 2 bedroom.
The building itself was well kept internally and I liked that the foyer was mirrored, as it made it appear even larger. The on-​site manager always made an effort to tastefully decorate for each season. An effort was also made to ensure tenant security.
This apartment is close to some great amenities and is a 10 min walk to downtown. There are beautiful views from Rotary Park. The occasional homeless man would show up to sift through the dumpster in the back alley, but I never felt unsafe. I lived in Rotary Manor for about 3yrs and would recommend it to any renter.
