An impressive wine display, in an awe inspiring glass cellar near the front entry that showcases only a portion of the over 400 labels in Rush’s cellar.

impressive $ 700,000 collection that has been amassed in the last three years in preparation for the opening.
The exquisite décor is the perfect setting for Executive Chef Dave Bohati’s culinary skills best described asInternational cuisine for the North American palate. With seating for over 220, we have a magnificent main dinning room with booths and comfortable tables, two stylish comfortable private dinning rooms with seating up to 30. Rush also
introduces the first chefs table in Calgary located in the kitchen of the restaurant.
In addition, Rush has an attractive lounge area decorated with high quality furnishing and fixtures, comfortable for dining or just having a glass of wine.

Lance Hurtubise, President
Lance has been involved in the restaurant business since 1973. Since that time he has worked in managerial positions for many national chains. Prior to creating Luciano’s Little Italian Grill he developed
and was the President of Moxie’s Restaurant’s which today is a chain of over 40 Restaurants. Other concepts Lance has pioneered are The Original Santa Fe Grill, Moose McGuire’s Beanery & Bar Room,
Booker’s BBQ Grill & Crabshack, Vintage Chophouse & Tavern, Redwater Rustic Grille, Rise and Rush. All of the restaurant concepts he has started are still in operation today.
