I go to a Starbucks everyday and this is by far the slowest in the city with the Deerfoot Meadows location a close second. It is hard to get into the drive through as the parking lot is poorly designed and half the time they don’t make my coffee right.

Time to update my review. Service at this location has significantly improved over the last 6 months. Seems like more staff and generally better training. My orders are always right and within reasonable amount of time.

Dirty. Has been for nearly the last year. Layers of caked coffee grounds, leaking trash bags and open garbage cans greet you as you drive in the drive-thru lane. After ordering, several dozens of pieces of discarded gum have been left under the derive window, at customer eye-level, to enjoy. Inside, the counter to order at, the counter to receive your drinks from the barista, and the sugar and lids area are rarely wiped. Sticky tables, even when it’s midday and not busy. Clearly the manager doesn’t care, and regional office forgot they had a store so far out in the SE.

Awesome Location. Lots of seating and spacious. Staff very friendly and service is quick. Drive thru is fast. Starbuck merch and coffee well stocked.

I’m not a huge fan of this location. This strip mall can be a pain to get around and squeezing a Starbucks Drive-thru in didn’t help. There’s always a line no matter what time of day I’ve come which could be because the service is slow. You’re better off going to the Five-bucks on 130th for a quicker experience.

My local Starbucks, quite the fan. Consistently good service. A very busy store — so finding a seat sometimes can be a little challenging in the winter. In the summer no prob — there’s a patio. The drive thru in the mornings is always busy!

For some reason the service is very questionable here. The menu is the same and the prices are the same but the staff seem unhappy and no one hustles to get your order filled. In contrast with the locations in malls or downtown where I usually go, this one is a bit of a bust.

Not every Starbucks is created equal. This one features slow but friendly service, comfortable seating and free wifi access that constantly drops connection. Combine that with the less-than-stellar latte I received and the next time I want to surf the ‘Net while sipping coffee, I’ll go elsewhere.
