The Pointe at Applewood

The worst place you can move to, looks nice when you go and check it out, as soon you live there and it is an nice day, you open your balcony door to get fresh air, and it starts
to stink like weed 24/​7, also very stupid rude staff, they even steal your stickers off your fridge, also bird issues which craw into your dryer vents… your neighbors are all wanna be gangsters, lots noise nobody can close a door in a normal way, the dumper stalls
are so annoying to get in, because of the number pad door locks, work only half of the time, and at all you have to get a carpet cleaner service to wash your worn out carpets, so they look good for about one week, so nobody will see the discoloration, visitor parking is taking up by residence.

I really enjoyed living at this location. Not only was it close to work, but the staff here are very friendly and helpful! The in suite washer and dryer aren’t bad either :) Would definitely recommend this place to future renters as the suites are really taken care of before move in and the staff here are very accommodating.

I moved in here when i returned from toronto because I needed an apartment fast and had my dad scout out a place for my bf and I. This place has alot going for it like in suite laundry and a dishwasher!
Everything seemed pretty good until about 4 months into living here we would walk down hallways and see major water damage on the ceilings, then one day you would be walking down the hallway and water would be covering the floor from a broken ceiling pipe. It took them over a year to patch up holes in the ceiling from where some pipes repeatedly broke. Then in our very own suite a sprinkler started to leak so they cut out a giant hole in our ceiling and the whole while we lived here they never came to fix it, even with us asking several times. But the breaking point happened when there would be people yelling off there balconies in the summer time at 4 in the morning and police with guns screaming at someone to open there door in my hallway, yikes! I also had a girl come to my door asking if i had any drugs! I guess she just wandered around door to door doing this!? Also they charge you to get your carpets cleaned when you move out. But funny thing is when we moved in we found hair balls from a cat all over our carpet. The one good thing that this place has going for it is Andrea that works in the office she was the only helpful staff member I dealt with while living here!
