Terrible service. Had to tell them my order more than 5 times and they still got my order wrong. Employees standing around in the back (eating!) while customers were waiting at the front. Didn’t know how to make an ice cap, tried to give me one that was pure watery syrup. Gave me a smoothie instead, and said the machine was broken– then another employee made a ice cap for anther customer without any issues but they didn’t attempt to make mine again. Didn’t know how to process my gift cards. No effort on their behalf to do anything right. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Never going back to this location. I will avoid it like the plague.

The best part of this Timmy’s is that no one seems to know about it except for the businesses in the area. This location is just off 52nd but its hidden behind the large Husky gas station so you can’t see it from 52nd.
There’s never a line in the drive-​thru and always lots of parking.
