I was heading over to city hall and spotted this location as I pulled up to city hall station on the train. With the large glass windows you can see how long the line is without having to go in.
There were only a handful of people in line so I ran in to grab a tea to sip on as I was expecting a long line at city hall to deal with. The line moved quickly which was nice, but unfortunately the service was a little cold. I felt like I was ordering from a kiosk rather than a person.
