Tommy guns on 4th Found them great to start with, Staff were great loved the cut they gave me etc…
within the last two days I have been turned away, bearing in mind that I had been there an hour in advance of the closing time and they didn’t seem that busy both evenings. They must have a great business when they can turn away a paying customer.

This rating is mainly regarding Anna at this location. I continue to see her since she is one of the best barbers I have found in Calgary. In the past I have found other good barbers in this city but Anna has consistently proved herself.
I discovered Anna after I went to a different barber shop, and discovered after my shave that it wasn’t exactly what I had asked for. She was able to fix it for me and I have been going to see her ever since. I was really skeptical about trying a female barber because in the past my barbers have all been men, primarily urban barber shops or old school ones. But Anna knows what she was doing.
She use to lather up her face and pretend to shave it to practice her shaving skills. She also told me that she has specialized in shaving for quite a few years, it definitely shows! She makes accurate lines and uses superior products.

I have been to this Tommy Gun’s location for quite a few hair cuts now, and feel as though they deserve a review increase.
I have never again had the problem of the smoke smell coming from the ladies cutting my hair. Also I’m a big fan of the head massage that they always do, I just wish they would use more force though.
They haven’t lowered the price, but I don’t think it’s that much more (if any) than the average.
