Sam’s Restaurant

We stopped here because the parking lot was busy. But when we went in there was a long line, and 1 person on the cash register with several people waiting to pay, and other staff weren’t helping. It was loud and noisy, so we left, and won’t return.

My family came to Cavendish on a one-​week vacation. Throughout the week, we visited a variety of restaurants.
We visited Sam’s mid-​week because we happened to pass by it on the way to the Cavendish Boardwalk where the Cows is located.
This was a busy place in mid-​August! The menu covered seafood and (surprisingly) a whole selection of middle eastern items like kebabs, schwarma, etc.
Everyone else ordered seafood dishes but I decided to go with the chicken kebab. It came with a pile of lettuce and mixed vegetables. While everyone else seemed to enjoy their dishes, mine tasted weird: the chicken and vegetables tasted the same, like soap. We never returned, but I would have liked to try other menu items to compare to my first meal.
Too bad.
