Founded in 1964, ABC Insurance (Anderson Brown Company) is proud to be 100% locally owned and operated. We are conveniently located in Dartmouth near the MacDonald Bridge; easily accessible from Halifax, Sackville, Bedford and the Eastern Shore.

Meet the Business Owner

Tom A.

Business Owner

Tom is Co-​owner and Commercial Lines Accounts Manager with ABC Insurance. Tom started with ABC in 1982 and received his CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) designation in 1989. Tom has been very active in the insurance industry as a past board member of The Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia. His is also a strong supporter of minor sports, many local charities, and is the current co-​chair of the Nova Scotia Special Olympics.
