As a shoe addict, I am always torn by this store, or any Aldo store for that matter. I always have the same experience in this particular store. If I dare ask them for a size, they seem impatient and annoyed by the fact that they have to actually do work. Then if I want to see a size in something else, I have to wait another 20 minutes. The people who work here could not care less if i need help. Its very frustrating, and I actually have stopped going here as much as I used to.

Admist a mall of long waits and inattentive staff, Aldo gave me the quick in-and-out experience that I needed to cap off a successful Christmas shopping day. Staff seemed legitimately eager to help customers, even put off by the fact that all I came in for was a belt. When they rang me in, they were friendly, didn’t try to up-sell me on anything, and had me back on my way within two minutes. I’m sure the process would be longer if you were in trying on shoes, but I give them props for knowing how to clear someone out who just needs to get down to business.
