Henry’s

Although I didn’t buy anything, the sales staff was extremely knowledgeable — in comparison to my outdated info. I would definitely go back if/​when I was looking to make a purchase. If nothing else their comments would help me get quickly up to speed on the state of the technology for my consideration in making a purchase.

Today I had my first experience with Henry’s. For those of you, who like myself, hadn’t already heard of Henry’s, Henry’s specializes in selling cameras and camera accessories. The one in Dartmouth is one of two stores that Henry’s has in NS, with other stores throughout the country.
My first impression was that the store was a little pricey — certainly not a place you’d go for a great deal. More so a place you’d go for a huge selection of high quality digital cameras and SLRs. Their cameras range anywhere in price from about $ 200 — $ 2,000.
The staff were very helpful and highly knowledgeable. They spent a good 15 minutes with us, educating us on the different types of cameras without pressuring us to make a purchase.
They also have a wide range of camera accessories, including camera holders and carriers, cleaners and much more.
