Me and my boyfriend have been to subways all across the province and this is by far the worst one! The first thing that we had noticed was the cleanliness(or lack of I should say) the table were full of crumbs and the floor was a mess. While ordering our subs my hunny always gets cold cut with teriyaki chicken added. And the girl that was working there said she couldn’t do it.(we go through this every time we’re at a new subway, then they ask the manager and they just say they charge for double meat — obviously not an issue) but after we insisted that they can infact do it she still said no and that if we wanted it we would be charged for two subs. So how is it that every other subway across the province can do it but you can’t? Why does it have prices on YOUR menu board for double meat ? So we let it go and went to sit down to have our subs and this location is certainly not the biggest one and they had half of the seating section closed off, and it was only 7 when they close at 9. If it wasn’t so crowded it wouldn’t be an issue but sitting back-to-back to someone when there’s a whole other section right there is quite ridiculous. We will never be back to this subway.

Just like any other location, Subway is subway right? They seemed to get a little frazzled when I was in here. My sub ended up not getting toasted and over s&p. Barely edible. But, I guess, we all have those days! That being said, the lettuce was super fresh and crisp, and the veggies looked fresh cut!

I have been to this location a couple times while in the Crossing. It is just like any other Subway in terms of its size and quality. My boyfriend and I always get the same sub any way(chicken breast for him, turkey for me). My boyfriend does not like how little lettuce they put on the subs so he always asks for more. The negative about this place is the eating area is never clean. The last time we were here we ate in, instead of taking out. All of the tables were dirty with crumbs everywhere and the floor was dirty as well. So I had to choose the least dirty table and use a napkin to wipe it off. It only takes a few minutes to wipe the tables and give the floor a quick sweep — especially when employees are chatting out back doing nothing(at least that is how it appears). Overall, Subway is Subway; it is convenient and fast when you are in a pinch.
