Never again, if we are unfortunate enough to have another fender bender are we allowing our insurance company to set up an appraisal here. Previous to bringing the car here I had my trusted mechanic do a thorough check on the car n they said it was all cosmetic. Took it to these guys, the mechanic wanted to rip it apart right away. He just looked at the piece of plastic cover from the bumper that was missing n the headlight (someone had hit us n damaged plastic cover n took out the headlight) said its a write off n proceeded to say it’s gonna cost at least $ 4000 to fix. Let’s not get started on the receptionist. We decided not to leave the car there (we had it repaired n on the road again for a lot less at my trusted mechanic) well, she got ignorant n was all but yelling n telling us it’s illegal to drive the car with one headlight. Come on how many cars do u see out there with one headlight? She was rude n ignorant and just plain nasty. Trying to make us give our car over to them n being pretty pushy. Not bloody likely. Do not take your cars to this specific location.

I took my car here for an estimate after I was rear ended. The damage to my tear bumper cover was very minor and strictly cosmetic. When I had the estimate done, they acknowledged that the damage to the bumper cover was very repairable, but they tried to tell me that the foam absorber was compacted in the accident and that it would have to be replaced. I could not understand how a foam absorber could be damaged when the bumper cover had such minor damage. So I then decided to go to another place for another estimate and they confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my foam absorber.

It makes me sick to recall my experience here. I was dumbstuck to see the technician actually rip more of a gap in my broken bumper!!! It was a couple of inches long, and now it is twice as long!!! ARGHHHH!
Then he went on to give me a ridiculous story about paint matching the new bumper with the 1-​year old body by removing tailights, signal lights, interior molding and the rear seats!!! ARGGGHHHH!
Four days labour should do it — and without the paint matching I would only save $ 200 on an estimate of $ 1600 — ARGGGHHH!!!
If you make the mistake of going here for an estimate — DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH THE CAR — or else you will have more of a mess on your hands — ARGHHHH!!!
